3. CONTRACTS, ESTIMATES, AND PAYMENT TERMS All project estimates are provided based on information available at the time of quoting. Changes in scope, material availability, concealed conditions, or client-requested modifications may result in revised pricing.
You represent and warrant that all billing information submitted is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the form of payment provided. We may use third-party processors to facilitate payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel work if unsafe conditions, fraudulent activity, or non-payment is detected.

4. PROJECT START, WORK CONDITIONS, AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS Clients must provide safe, reasonable access to the project location. Delays caused by restricted access, hazardous conditions, weather, or client scheduling issues may result in adjusted timelines or additional charges.
Any work requiring permits, engineering, or municipal approvals must be disclosed upfront. If regulatory conditions change or new requirements arise mid-project, the Client is responsible for related costs.

5. REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of contracting work—labor scheduling, material purchases, subcontractor coordination, and project allocation— ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND INMAN ELITE CONTRACTING, LLC MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY ON ALL CONTRACTS ONCE WORK HAS BEEN SCHEDULED OR MATERIALS HAVE BEEN ORDERED.
If the Client cancels before labor is scheduled and before materials have been procured, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund minus administrative fees, design time, and any pre-purchase costs already incurred. This discretion is not guaranteed.

6. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content, project documentation, designs, photos, and materials produced by Inman Elite are the property of Inman Elite Contracting, LLC unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
